History
HMC Instrument and Machine Works Ltd. was started by Mechanical Engineer Howard M. Chong in 1981.
HMC started with one man, one machine, and one dream. HMC has grown over the past years to over 40 team members, 35 machines, and a state of the art 50,000 Sq ft climate controlled manufacturing center in the heart of Houston, Texas.
